Ethics Line

We are committed to maintaining a relationship of trust and transparency with all our stakeholders. The Ethics Line is an exclusive and confidential channel for secure communication that can be anonymous if desired. It is available for internal and external reports, allowing anyone to communicate, through the Ethics Line, facts or inappropriate conduct that may constitute a violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or are deemed inconsistent with applicable laws or company policies and standards.

  • Protection for whistleblowers and the prohibition of retaliation against good-faith reporters are established in the Code of Ethics and Conduct. A protective environment is also guaranteed for employees involved in all stages of managing and addressing reports, in order to preserve their institutional independence and the neutrality of decisions.
  • Cases received through the Ethics Line are analyzed and investigated internally, under the supervision of the Ethics Committee.
  • At the end of an investigation, in cases that are substantiated or partially substantiated, consequences may be recommended, which can include administrative or disciplinary measures, or the suggestion of remedial actions, such as improving existing processes or regulations and conducting training, among other measures.
