We prioritize diversity and inclusion. For this reason, for the first time, we will conduct an inclusive selection process with a careful and attentive focus on diverse audiences. With this clear intention and specific actions to enhance our attractiveness, we aim to build an increasingly diverse company that reflects the representation of a plural society, while also fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe to be themselves and build a legacy from the richness of differences.
Through the corporate program "Outros Olhares", which guides the company's diversity and inclusion strategy, we expand discussions and awareness on the topic, with actions in four pillars:
- Gender equity
- People with disabilities
- Generations
- LGBTI+ and multiculturalism; and race.
The program will last from 12 to 24 months, with a development cycle focused on enhancing our capabilities and developing technical knowledge, through hands-on learning and actions such as creating an individual innovation project. Collaboration among interns and interaction with our leadership will be constant, with dedicated agendas for this purpose.
