Transmission Line Engineering
- Local da vaga: São Paulo/SP

Maintenance and Operations Engineering
- Job Location: São Paulo/SP (availability for occasional travel to Jundiaí/SP and Cabreúva/SP)
- The area is responsible for defining the philosophy and regulations of the supervisory system and protection equipment. Management of studies, variable share indicators, and occurrence analyses. Responsible for techniques and tactics throughout ISA ENERGIA BRASIL, with a focus on asset life cycle and performance/failure. Significant interface and relationship with transmission substations and other sector agents like ONS.

Maintenance Planning Engineering
- Job Location: São Paulo/SP (must be available for occasional travel to Jundiaí/SP)
  The area focuses on building and governing the operations directorate, budgets, inventory, and unplanned projects. Planning and scheduling of maintenance and construction work. Analyzing system interventions. Building relationships with sector agents connected to the ISA ENERGIA BRASIL system and ONS to facilitate interventions. Interface with asset integration and new equipment through commissioning activities. The main role in the program involves developing and monitoring the budget cycle for projects.

Project Engineering - Reinforcements and Improvements
- Location of the Position: São Paulo/SP
  The area is responsible for understanding and executing projects within the energy substations of ISA ENERGIA BRASIL. The activities follow a schedule that includes equipment purchasing, construction monitoring, and financial health oversight of the project, ensuring and aligning efficiency with the quality of delivery.
- Accepted Degrees: Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production or Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Desired Skills: Knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite.
- English: Desirable from intermediate level.
Strategy and New Business
- The area is responsible for the development of new energy businesses, focusing on projects and business plans by evaluating opportunities, risks, and contracts.
- Key challenges involve participation in M&A and Auctions, directly impacting the company's capital decisions, as well as Research and Development processes regarding business prospects. There is engagement with the strategy for new energy services focused on innovation (energy storage).
- Accepted Degrees: Business Administration, Economics (and related fields), Engineering.
- Excel: Good (Pivot Tables, Charts, and moderately complex formulas).
- English: Desired starting from advanced level.
- Important note: for this opportunity, we are only considering candidates who will graduate in July 2024. However, it is important to note that the job is 8 hours a day, every day of the week, during business hours.
Expansion and Studies
- Job Location: São Paulo/SP
- The area is responsible for the planning and structuring of projects at ISA ENERGIA BRASIL focused on electrical studies, sourcing, selection, defining the macro scope, and developing work plans, as well as addressing requests for access to the system and identifying the need for works in sectoral plans.

Financial Planning
- Job Location: São Paulo/SP
- The financial planning area is responsible for implementing and monitoring the business plan designed by ISA ENERGIA BRASIL in a profitable and sustainable manner.
- To do this, the management relies on areas such as: financial projections and FP&A, monitoring OPEX and CAPEX, revenue forecasting, and management of subsidiaries, in order to track the company’s short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Accepted Degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Management)
- Excel: Advanced (Macros and VBA)
- English: Intermediate or higher

Economic Regulation
- Job Location: São Paulo/SP
- The area plays a strategic role in the business, ensuring that all projects and processes at ISA ENERGIA BRASIL comply with regulations. The department is divided into: Economic Regulation, Technical Regulation, and Regulatory and Base Compliance.
- There is direct involvement in all discussions regarding revenue and tariff revisions in the sector, risk assessment, Research and Development, and market share analysis.

Prerequisites

Courses: As per the prerequisites of each area;
Graduation completion: Between December 2020 and December 2023;
Availability to reside in São Paulo/SP;
Availability for travel;
Work model: Hybrid or In-Person (depending on the area);
English proficiency required according to the areas;
Spanish knowledge desired;
Work schedule: 40 hours per week – 8 hours daily.

Observations

The Trainee Program has a fixed duration of 18 months, with the possibility of hiring based on performance and business needs.
The selection process is conducted by Cia de Talentos.
The Knowledge Academy and final interviews will be in-person and will take place in São Paulo/SP.
The costs for travel to participate in the selection process are the responsibility of the candidate.
