Its electrical system is made-up of over 31,000 kilometres of circuits (about 28,000 in operation and 3.4 under construction), including its own assets and those controlled in partnership, and 137 own substations (129 in operation and eight under construction) with a tension of up to 550 kilovolts. The controlling shareholder is the Colombian company ISA, who owns 35.82% of the total capital.
