ISA CTEEP announces new Investor Relations Manager

São Paulo, February 03, 2022 – Listed on B3 (Brasil, Bolsa and Balcão), ISA CTEEP, the largest private energy transmission company in the country, now has the management of Bruno Laurentys in charge of the Investor Relations area.

With more than ten years of experience, the professional holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in Finance from the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper). During his career, Laurentys has held other leadership positions, such as manager at Cogna Educação and coordinator at Ultra, an investment group focused on the oil and energy segments.

“ISA CTEEP is a company consolidated in the market. Therefore, my goal is to help the company expand its relationship with the market even more, aiming at transparency and adding the good practices that I have acquired throughout my career”, says Laurentys.

The company remains focused on expanding its footprint in Brazil, with an investment strategy based on three pillars: reinforcements and improvements, greenfield projects and new businesses, which include potential mergers and acquisitions. In four years, the company has more than doubled annual investments in reinforcements and improvements and greenfield projects, jumping from R$ 440 million in 2018 to R$ 1 billion in 2021.

By 2026, ISA CTEEP will invest R$ 2.3 billion to the revamping of existing assets, considering a pipeline of 258 projects authorized by the regulatory agency. In addition, the Company has nine greenfield projects under construction with a CAPEX estimated by the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) of R$ 4.8 billion. Six of these projects are expected to be powered in 2022: In the last six years, the company has won 14 lots in auctions and, of these, four have already been delivered (Aguapeí, Itapura Bauru, Itaquerê and Tibagi), an average of 11 months ahead of the regulatory schedule.
